Train.Recover.Perform.

A 24-hour strength and recovery gym you let yourself into and train in on your own terms. No staff on the floor, no queue for the rack, and still part of something.

No card details. No contract. Come in, train, decide after.

24-hour fob access Recovery zone & shower Free coffee Monthly instructed session
What it is

A gym you actually own the run of.

New kit, room to use it, and a recovery zone most gyms don't bother with. You get a fob, an induction, and then it's yours — any hour, any day. Small enough that people know your name. Quiet enough that nobody's watching. And you can try it before you pay a penny.

The Hub
It's on the wall for a reason.

Train, recover, perform — three things, in that order, every time you come in.

Half rack, Smith machine and cable station against a black slat wall
Train

Brand-new kit and enough floor that you're not queuing for it. Lift heavy, lift light, machine work or free weights — it's set up for all of it, and nobody's on top of you.

Strength

Half rack on a proper platform, Smith machine, dual cables, and plate-loaded and pin-loaded machines for legs, push and pull.

Conditioning

Treadmill, ski, rower and bikes. Warm up, finish off, or do a session on them in their own right.

Your hours

Fob in at 5am or 11pm. It's the same gym, and it's yours.

Recover

The bit most gyms skip, and the bit that decides whether you're still training in six months. Recovery here isn't a corner with a foam roller in it.

Recovery zone

Compression boots for legs after a heavy session or a long run, plus rollers, balls and bars for everything else.

Shower & coffee

Train before work and go straight in. Then a coffee from a machine that doesn't charge you.

Sports massage

Proper hands-on work with Josh, bookable when you need it. More below.

Perform

Turning up is the easy bit. Getting somewhere is the point. Whether it's getting stronger, moving without the aches you've put up with for years, keeping up with the kids, or a race you've had your eye on — this is how the Hub helps you actually get there.

Induction

Every machine, what it does, how to set it up safely — before you get your fob. Everyone does it.

QR on every machine

Scan it for a short video on setting it up and using it. The induction, in your pocket, any time.

Monthly session

Once a month, an instructed group session in the Hub. Technique, questions, training together. Optional, and part of your membership.

Try it before you pay. Free session.

How it works

Same for everyone.

The Hub isn't staffed, and you can try it free before you decide. Here's the whole thing, first message to first fob, whoever you are and whatever you've done before.

1

Book a free session

Message Josh on WhatsApp. He owns the place — no sales desk. He'll sort a time that suits you.

2

Come in and train

Josh meets you, shows you round, and you use the place. Properly. No card details, no pressure. Decide after.

3

Get your induction

If you join: every machine, what it does, how to set it up safely. Everyone does it.

4

Get your fob

Then it's yours. Any hour, any day, your pace. QR video on every machine if you need a reminder.

Ten minutes on a bike and a coffee counts. It's a start, and that's the point.

Sports massage

Hands-on, with Josh.

Not a spa massage. Proper soft tissue work on the muscles you actually use — the ones that get short, knotted and grumpy after heavy legs, long runs, or a week hunched over a desk.

Josh Drake owns and runs the Hub. He holds a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. Every session starts with a chat about what's going on and a look at how you move, then deep tissue, trigger point and stretching work on what actually needs it. You leave knowing what to do next — and if it needs a physio or a GP, he'll tell you.

Maintenance

Regular work to keep you training through a hard block.

Pre & post event

Loosen off before a race or comp, or flush the legs out after one.

Injury-focused

A specific problem area, plus a plan to stop it coming back.

Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy (OriGym) · BSc Sport & Exercise Science · Level 3 PT · HYROX Foundation Coach

Questions

Things people ask.

If yours isn't here, message Josh. He answers himself.

Is the Hub staffed?

No. It's a 24-hour, fob-access facility — you let yourself in and train on your own terms. There's no one on the floor day to day, but every machine has a QR-code video showing you how to use it, there's an instructed group session once a month, and Josh is a message away.

Do I need to book?

No. Members get in 24 hours a day with a fob and just train.

Will I be shown how to use the kit?

Yes. Everyone gets an induction before their fob. After that, every machine has a QR code — scan it for a short video on setting it up and using it — so you're never stood there guessing.

What's the monthly session?

Once a month there's an instructed session in the Hub — technique, questions, training together. Optional, and part of your membership.

Is there a long contract?

No. Two months minimum, then it rolls month to month. 30 days' notice by email to cancel. Full detail in the terms.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes. Members can bring a guest with a monthly guest pass. Guests need to be 18 or over.

What age do you have to be?

18 to join in your own right. 14 to 17-year-olds can train when accompanied by an adult member.
